Catch the giant in 36 hours!

Day I

at 1200 hrs

Meet your fishing guide in Kirkenes. Appr 2 hrs driving to river Tana, where the catch is waiting for the fishingmen. We take a 2 hrs boat trip and head us to the river. With the local knowledge wi get know the secrets of fishing in nort Norway. During the eager fishing we have a lunch and dinner by the fire. And what could be better than the fish we have self catched, if we are lucky enough... It is not easy to catch the giant!

Overnight in the wilderness cabin or in lavvo.

Day II

After the breakfast we make another try on the river. Even the main target is the fis, meanwhile we can also enjoy of the beautifu nature around. With the help of the guide you get a lot of new experiences!

Before we start the driving back to Kirkenes, we have a wilderness lunch served. 1800 arrival to kirkenes

Own fly fishing gears and protective clothing needed (possible tho hire equipment). Progamme is not suitable for beginners.

20:00 – 23:00         Traditional salmon fishing with a riverboat

Day 2
05:00 – 08:00         Traditional salmon fishing with a riverboat
08:30 – 10:00         Breakfast at the hotel
10:00 – 13:00         Shopping/resting
13:00                      Lunch at the lavvocamp
14:00 – 18:00         Traditional salmon fishing with a riverboat
18:30                      Dinner at the lavvocamp
Grilled salmon from Tana/ Cloudberries for dessert
21:00 – 01:00          Sea trout – fishing by the end of the Tana River (from July 15th)
                               or possible salmon fishing

Day 3
08:00 – 09:00         Breakfast at the hotel
09:00 – 14:00         Fishing for char and trout
                               Lunch in the wilderness
15:00                      Dinner at the hotel
